泫圖弝けapps Office of Professional Growth and Enrichment is offering a workshop on Five-Star Customer Service for the Hospitality Industry from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16, at the universitys instructional site at Biltmore Park in Asheville.
Entertainment, dining and tourism businesses want and depend on current customer referrals, said Susan Fouts, workshop instructor and executive director of WCUs Division of Educational Outreach. Exceptional customer service creates new referrals and repeat customers.
Workshop participants will have an opportunity to learn about the eight commandments of customer care and the basis for exceptional customer service at the five-star level. They also will hear about the use of exceptional internal and external service to create an eternal customer and have a chance to apply the eight commandments to their own organizations and assess their current level of customer service to move it to the next level.
The registration fee is $119. The workshop also can be taken as part of the Event Planning Certificate Program.
